Joseph Robinson didn't set out to build a diversified corporate group. He started with a simple observation: the tools and services available to his drilling operation were not good enough. So he built better ones.

That pattern repeated itself. When existing tooling fell short, DHQ Tooling was born. When software couldn't handle real operational demands, C.O.R.D.A.C.S. was developed. When construction projects needed a more capable partner, 2 By Construction stepped in. Each brand within JIRobinson Group, Corp. exists because a real need demanded a real solution.

What began as one man solving his own problems grew into a network of brands that share resources, knowledge, and a relentless commitment to doing things the right way. Not the easy way. The right way.

Joseph Robinson

Founder & Principal

Self-taught in engineering, business operations, and software development, Joseph built JIRobinson Group, Corp. from the ground up with a hands-on approach that defines every brand in the portfolio. He believes that understanding a problem firsthand is the only foundation worth building a solution on.

His journey from field work to leading a multi-industry corporate group was never planned. It was earned, one problem at a time, one solution at a time. That practical, no-shortcut philosophy is embedded in the DNA of every brand under the JIRobinson Group, Corp. umbrella.

Milestones along the way.

Drilcor Founded

The first brand under what would become JIRobinson Group, Corp. was born from direct experience in the drilling industry. Drilcor set the standard for quality and self-reliance that would define every brand to follow.

DHQ Tooling Established

When off-the-shelf tooling could not meet the demands of our drilling operations, DHQ Tooling was created. Precision manufacturing and custom fabrication became a cornerstone of the group.

Technology Integration

The launch of C.O.R.D.A.C.S. marked JIRobinson Group, Corp.'s entry into operational software. Built to solve problems encountered firsthand in the field, it brought technology and industry expertise together under one roof.

Portfolio Expansion

The group grew to include 2 By Construction, Cowboy Steak Grill, and additional brands. Each new addition followed the same principle: fill a real gap with a capable, quality-driven solution.

Today

JIRobinson Group, Corp. operates across mining, construction, manufacturing, food service, technology, and apparel. The group continues to grow, guided by the same principles that started it all: build what is needed, build it right, and never stop improving.
